Managing quality of the product, its cost and schedule simultaneously is one of the most important challenges. Growing complexity of the underlying domains, multitudes of platforms to be supported and ever shrinking release cycles are making the quality assurance challenge even more complicated.

Our commitment to quality is the reason of our success, and this commitment is evident by the following:

  • Standardized set of development processes
    In our Software Development Methodology  Each of the stages of the development lifecycle follow five standard internal processes. These processes establish a pattern of communication and documentation intended to familiarize all participants with the current situation, and thus minimize risk to the current project plan. This generic stage description is provided to avoid repetitive descriptions of these internal processes in each of the following software lifecycle stage descriptions.

    We conduct internal training on tools and technologies for our employees to provide an environment of continuous empowerment. 

  • Internally developed frameworks and methodologies
    We believe in providing our customers maximum return on their QA investments, and for this we have dedicated tools, frameworks and methodologies to support QA activities
